Step 2: Set Up Paychex for Payroll

Paychex is the software we use for payroll.

​

To receive your Paychex invite, please send the following information to Carol through Signal:

• Your full date of birth

• Your mailing address

• Your Social Security number​

Once this information is entered you will receive an invite, please follow the instructions to complete your profile, do tax documents and set up direct deposit.

If you do not have a bank account or use a platform such as Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo for direct deposit, you will need to request a Paychex pay card.

Paychex does have a mobile app, but using a computer browser is usually easier when entering your information.
